Deposit & Payment Policy​

• Deposits: A non-refundable 50 % deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the project and client walk-through.

• Accepted Payment Channels: PayPal (online invoices) and Square POS (credit/debit card on-site). certified Checks 

Return & Store Refund Policy (Shop Items)

• Physical Goods (Shop): Standard merchandise (hats, cleaning supplies) can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customer pays return shipping.

• Custom Paints / Touch-Up Kits: Custom-mixed paint pod kits are non-refundable due to custom color matching.
